3. User Responsibilities & Backups
You are solely responsible for the content uploaded to your account, your website's security, and compliance with all applicable laws. Use of our services for illegal or malicious activities—including malware distribution, hacking, or intellectual property infringement—is strictly prohibited. While we may provide backup tools, the User is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. Hovixa is not liable for data loss.
4. Payment and Billing
- Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscription-based plans will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
- Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, Hovixa does not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety of our network. Termination due to violations may result in the permanent loss of website content and data.
6. Resource Usage & Stability
To ensure server stability for all users, accounts must not exceed reasonable resource limits (CPU, RAM, I/O). Hovixa reserves the right to suspend any account that negatively impacts server performance or exceeds its allocated plan limits without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hovixa shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our hosting services. You acknowledge that no online service is completely immune to vulnerabilities, and you use our services at your own risk.
8. Right to Modify Services and Pricing
Hovixa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services, including features, specifications, and pricing, at any time. We reserve the right to increase or change plan pricing for both new and existing subscriptions. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any significant price changes via the email address associated with your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
