Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee Windows

We want you to be completely satisfied with Hovixa. We offer the following risk-free trial periods:

• Web Hosting Plans: 14-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee.
• VPS Hosting Plans: 7-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee.

If you cancel within these timeframes, you will receive a Full Refund of your hosting fees. After these windows have passed, services are generally non-refundable.

2. The "Used vs. Unused" Rule (Non-Refundable Items)

While we refund the hosting service fee, we cannot refund costs that Hovixa has already paid to third parties on your behalf. The following will be deducted from any refund:

• Domain Registrations: If your plan included a "Free Domain," the standard retail price of the domain will be deducted. You will keep ownership of the domain until its expiration.
• Software Licenses: Costs for cPanel, LiteSpeed, or WHMCS licenses are non-refundable once activated.
• Paid Migrations: If our team performed a manual website migration for you, the service fee for that labor is non-refundable.

3. Pro-Rated Refunds

Hovixa does not offer pro-rated refunds for "unused time" outside of the initial 7/14 day guarantee windows. For example, if you buy a 1-year plan and cancel after 6 months, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining 6 months.

4. Abuse of Guarantee

To prevent fraud, the money-back guarantee only applies to your first service with Hovixa. If you have previously had an account and cancelled for a refund, you are not eligible for a refund on a second account. Additionally, accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., spamming or hacking) are not eligible for any refund.
